fast99 Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction and Consent

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the fast99 platform and its users. By using the fast99 website (fast99.lat) or any of its services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the fast99 platform. These Terms have been prepared in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh.

fast99 reserves the right to change or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as your acceptance of the updated Terms. You are therefore advised to review this page regularly.

2. Account Registration

To use the services on fast99, you must create a personal account. The following conditions apply at the time of registration:

2.1 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering your account. fast99 reserves the right to cancel any account where false or misleading information has been provided. The required information includes: full name, date of birth, phone number and payment method details.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each person may open only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses and winnings earned will be forfeited. If multiple members of the same household operate accounts from the same device or IP address, fast99 reserves the right to verify that situation.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before any deposit or withdrawal, fast99 may request the documents needed to verify your identity. These may include a national identity card, passport or any other government-issued identity document. Withdrawals may be held pending until the verification process is complete.

3. Age Requirements

The fast99 platform is strictly for persons aged 21 and above. Registration or participation by minors is strictly prohibited.

At the time of registration you must confirm that you are over 21 years of age. fast99 may request additional documents to verify age at any time. If any user provides false information about their age, their account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be considered void.

Parents are requested to monitor their children's online activities and, where necessary, to use parental control software.

4. Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing login details with anyone else is strictly prohibited.

• If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify the fast99 support team immediately.
• Always log out of your session after logging in, especially when using a shared or public device.
• Use a strong password that contains uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and special characters.
• Using another person's account or payment method is prohibited.

You are personally responsible for all activity that takes place on your account. fast99 will not be liable for any activity carried out by someone who accesses your account, unless it is proven to have occurred due to a fault in our systems.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Payment Methods

fast99 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. All transactions will be completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

5.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (for all methods)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800
• Withdrawal time: Usually completed within 10–45 minutes

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used to make the deposit. KYC verification must be complete before submitting a withdrawal request. fast99 reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal for additional verification if required.

If a bonus has been accepted, withdrawals may be restricted until the specified wagering requirements have been met. If an attempt is made to withdraw deposited funds without participating in any game, fast99 reserves the right to reject the transaction.

5.4 Currency and Conversion

All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). For transactions in foreign currencies, the prevailing exchange rate will apply and any related fees will be borne by the user.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

fast99 offers new members a 200% first deposit bonus of up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times (25x).

For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳6,000 → ৳5,000 bonus → total balance ৳11,000

6.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• The bonus applies only once and is granted after the first deposit.
• After accepting a bonus, the wagering requirements must be met within the specified time limit.
• Some games may be excluded from bonus wagering — please check the specific terms of each promotion.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• Using multiple bonuses at the same time is generally not possible — please check the terms of each applicable bonus separately.

6.3 Promotional Abuse

If fast99 determines that a user is abusing the bonus system (for example, collecting bonuses through multiple accounts or using any systematic betting pattern), fast99 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and close the account.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 General Rules

Separate rules apply for each game or sports betting event on the fast99 platform. Please read the specific rules for the relevant game or event carefully before placing any bet.

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game stops mid-session due to a technical fault, fast99 reserves the right to cancel the bets for that session.
• If a sports event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with the rules displayed.

7.2 Odds and Payouts

The displayed odds may change at any time. Payouts will be calculated based on the odds shown at the time the bet was placed. In live betting, odds change in real time — the odds at the moment the bet is confirmed are final.

7.3 Technical Disruptions

fast99 will not be liable for any interruption to a game or bet caused by loss of internet connection or any other technical issue. However, if the issue is caused by a fault on our servers, we will endeavour to resolve it.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fast99 platform:

• Conducting money laundering or suspicious financial activities.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts or automated software.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security measures.
• Operating an account using a fake or another person's identity.
• Attempting to gain bonuses or advantages by opening multiple accounts.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in fraudulent conduct towards other users.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

If any such activity is detected, fast99 will immediately close the relevant account, seize all funds and, where necessary, inform the relevant legal authorities.

9. Responsible Gaming

fast99 is committed to responsible gaming. We believe that gaming is a form of entertainment and should never be the cause of financial problems.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Closure by fast99

fast99 may suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraud or abuse.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or provision of false information.
• Identification as a minor.
• Legal or regulatory reasons.

10.2 Closure by the User

You may request the closure of your account at any time through our support team. Any pending bets or bonus wagering requirements will be settled at the time of account closure. Verified balances will be returned.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fast99 will not be liable for the following:

• Losses caused by a user's loss of internet connection.

• Unforeseen technical failures or force majeure events.
• Unauthorized access to an account resulting from the user's own negligence or security failure.
• Indirect or consequential losses.

fast99's total liability in any circumstance will not exceed the total amount you have deposited during the relevant period.

13. Changes to Terms

fast99 reserves the right to change, amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavour to notify users as far in advance as possible.

Continuing to use the platform after any changes will indicate that you have accepted the new terms. It is therefore recommended that you review this page regularly. The date of the latest update will always be displayed at the top of this page.
